Edwards' defense will have to explain away donor's 'smoking gun' note
Fri Jun 3, 2011
A horrible husband -guilty. A felon on these facts - no way - a prediction of NOT GUILTY. And I hope he sticks to his guns and takes the feds to trial. This is nothing more than some Assistant US Attorney seeking to make a name for taking a novel position.
Pharmacist found guilty of murder -- do you agree with the decision?
Wed Jun 1, 2011
I have not read all the posts. Just some. And I am totally amazed that the majority of you think that it was ok for the store owner to pump 5 rounds from a different gun into this kid AFTER having chased the only guy displaying a gun out of the store, returning to the …

How will the steroid reports affect Alex Rodriguez in 2009?
Sat Feb 7, 2009
So much for "confidential" testing for the good of the game. Even if proven true, the fact that A-Rod is outed as a past user under these circumstances makes me sick! Sue the bast***s that leaked the information.
Ex-teammate will testify against Bonds
Thu Jan 29, 2009
Innocent until proven guilty. I have not seen any "evidence" of his "knowing" participation. The US attorney will need to prove his "knowing" participation beyond a reasonable doubt to prove that Bonds committed perjury. Did he use steroids? I think most likely.
